Cre8 Sounds offers a 10 day, from the date your order was delivered, warranty refund/exchange policy for all purchases made on Cre8sounds.com. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately pre-order and sale items cannot be refunded. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 20% RESTOCKING FEE for material returned. 20% restocking fee is to cover our costs picking, shipping and then processing the return on the item. The credit will be processed within 14 days from when we receive said item.
If the recipient refuses the package, unwilling to pay customs fees or package is deemed undeliverable, there will be a 20% refusement fee charge to the customer and original shipping charges is non-refundable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order number, first & last name on file, order status screenshot, etc.).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
