▫️Front/Lateral raise

▫️Alternating lateral raises
▫️Front raise
4 sets of 15 reps each -
▫️Alternating Rear Delt Fly
▫️Barbell overhead shoulder press
4 sets of 12 reps each

▫️Bent over Rear Delt fly
3 sets of 15 reps
