LEG DAY !! 🔥
I typically structure my lower body hypertrophy sessions into 3 different categories ✅ These categories are broken up into the different muscle groups throughout the legs that I am trying to develop 💪
This was the full session:
CATEGORY 1 : GLUTES
1a) Reverse Lunges 5x10ea
1b) Hip Abduction Machines 5x20
CATEGORY 2 : HAMSTRINGS
2a) DB Romanians 5x10
2b) Leg Curls 5x20
CATEGORY 3 : QUADS
3a) Leg Press 5x10
3b) Leg Extensions 5x20
