CR8-1 & 2 Model
the WaterSafe nano-coating technology ensures that your earbud(s) are sweat-proof, water resistant, and IP64 specs level waterproof. However they should not be submerged in water and cannot be used in water sports.
Our CR8-P1 is IPX7 waterproof rating. It is strictly forbidden to dip (wet, shower) in hot water, as condensation may defect it and they will stop working. However, you can use it in normal temperature water and dive up to 3.3ft of submersion within 30 minutes.
Yes, Siri and other voice assistants work with CR8 earbud(s). If you have already connected your CR8 earbud(s) to your iPhone, you just need to activate Siri by long pressing on the 'Home' button or speaking voice commands to your phone, depending on your Siri response settings. You can also activate voice command input by double clicking on your paired CR8 earbud. When Siri is activated, you will then hear 2 ‘dings’ or tones in the earbud indicating that the speaker and MIC functions have transferred via Bluetooth to the earbud(s).
Keeping your CR8 earbuds clean and stored properly is essential for long lasting use.
Selecting the right size
First, remember—one size does not fit all. CR8 earbuds come with several sets of eartips, so try them all to find the pair that fits most comfortably.
Insertion and removal
Pull the earbud gently from the charging case.
To insert the ear tip securely, a good technique is to flip the eartip flap upwards, then connect the tubular section of the eartip to the speaker. This makes it easier to see the eartips placement. After inserting the tubular section properly, flip the flaps back down and check that the eartip is firmly in place.
To remove, pull the silicon ear tip upward gently to remove for your CR8 earbud.
Always remove the eartip from the earpiece before cleaning. Failure to do this may result in damage to the earbuds.
Use warm water and mild soap on a damp cloth to remove dirt and earwax from the eartips. Use another dry cloth to wipe debris from the earbuds. Don’t use harsh cleaning products.
Rinse completely and dry your eartips before placing them back on your earbuds.
Gently place the silicon eartips back in place.
You can use the CR8 charging case to store your earbuds. This will charge your earbuds and maintain them at full battery when they are not in use.
If you are experiencing Bluetooth audio dropouts, the solution depends on what device (sending device) is connected to the Wireless Earbuds and the current Bluetooth situation.
The sound will cut out temporarily if the connection between the device and Wireless Earbuds is lost, for longer than the earbuds can compensate for. Reasons for this include:
The single most important factor is the distance between the sending device and the master earbud. The "master earbud" is the earbud that was turned on and connected to the device first. Bluetooth signals do not cross through the body. To get really good Bluetooth connectivity, the sending device needs to be placed closest to the master earbud. Meaning, if the master earbud is in your left ear, try putting the connected device in your left pocket.
Bluetooth signal strength varies based on the surrounding environment. It is generally stronger indoors, where it benefits from signals reflecting off walls and other objects.
If the above reasons are not the cause, it is likely because your phone's Bluetooth and/or WiFi antenna do not have enough capacity for all the processes simultaneously running at that time. If that is the case, you can turn off WiFi/GPS, disconnect other Bluetooth devices on your connected device, and make sure to listen to locally stored music instead of streamed music.

You may be experiencing some external interference that is causing the Bluetooth headset to drop the connection with your host device. There are a number of factors that can cause this to happen, WiFi signals are the biggest culprit of them all. If there is a 'fade-out, fade-in' issue coming from the headset, this means that the device recognizes that there is a signal interfering with the connection between your source device and earbuds.
The strength of Bluetooth connections depend on various things. A number of them include the signal strength of your device (ex: cell phone), the distance, the sensitivity of the remote device (ie: the CR8 earbud), any obstruction between the two, and the surrounding environment. If the Bluetooth connection is interrupted, both the earbuds and the remote device will attempt to re-establish another connection.
If the Bluetooth connection to CR8 earbud(s) seems to be unstable, try changing the position of your device relative to the CR8 earbud. A direct line of sight is the best. For example, instead of placing your mobile device in a purse, try placing on a desk right in front of you.
The second suggestion is to try the reset procedure on the CR8 earbud(s). You will need to Stereo Pair the two earbuds again. We also recommend deleting the pairing with your phone and adding back the pairing again. Click hereon how to reset your CR8 earbuds.
Please check if you see a red light when you place the earbud(s) in the charging case. The earbud status should be red when charging and no light (not white) when it is fully charged. The earbud(s) use a magnetic conductive charging mechanism. Having the status light turn off minimizes power drain when the earbud is on standby in the charging case.
The charging case can be recharged by the micro-USB cable provided in the package.
When you press and hold the control button on the earbud, there should be a “Power On” when you turn it on, and a “Power Off” when you press it again to turn it off. The CR8 will respond with a ‘tone up’ and a ‘tone down’.
You can also try to use different micro-USB cable as maybe your original is defected.
We also noticed that some of our devices have charging interference from the black glossy finish. A simple solution is to rub an eraser (e.g. eraser on the back of a pencil) on the charging connection points.
